    During the farming country market Podium.TV visited the Frisian border drop Appelscha!

    Appelscha is known as a tourist attraction. With the many farms and campsites village has, it attracts many tourists throughout the year. The border village, on the border of Friesland and Drenthe, is known for its many bike trails and wooded area. The village belonged to the county of origin of Drenthe, and then consisted of only a few farms. The village was a frieze village when there are thousands of workers into Frisian Appelscha left behalf of peat extraction.
