Casper Veldink has earned as an entrepreneur good money, lived in Belgium and Portugal and spending a pleasant time on a boat. Then the phone went and the former trot center Wolvega did an appeal to him.
The racehorse station was in financial straits and Veldink, horseman at heart, felt obliged to make something of it behind the ailing center. It was a huge gamble.
He found that the racehorse station had to be maintained in Wolvega. Together with his wife , who was responsible for the device, he managed to attract the negative spiral to bend and called it in Victoria Park. It is now a thriving business where racehorses of the highest category participate in the competitions. Victoria Park is now a true sports experience, has restaurants and opportunities for corporate events. Casper Veldink gave the north a vital company in which 40 volunteers operate.
