Kasper Peters jumped the proverbial hole in the air when he was elected poet of Groningen. The judges wrote that the city poet Kasper Peters is a creative, dynamic, accessible and representative interpretation "would get. Peters may close city until 2017.
But how do you capture a city of Groningen in words and how you bring events under poems? Is there a poet of 'you ask, we turn? "Or he may fully enjoy the city poet in its thinking? Should he be critical or rather pleasing? Peters, originally socio-pedagogical counselor, now goes by moped schools down to win youth to the world of poetry, the world of imagination, the language in his town.
