    ‘Samen in Beeld’ is visiting the Eemshaven Sailors’ home and lets people in fishing harbor Zoutkamp have a guess at an unknown object from the local museum.

    A Sailors’ home in Holland's most northern sea harbor Eemshaven, is offering hospitality of all kinds, to sailors from near and far. ‘Samen in Beeld’ meets some of them and the people that make this place a home for their guests.

    Even for the curator of the ‘Visserijmuseum’ in Zoutkamp, is an object in their collection a mystery. Has it to do with water, or has is something to do with fire? In ‘Samen in Beeld’ Zoutkamp people are trying to solve the riddle and they don't lack of any fantasy. But are they right? Expert Erik Boerma from the ‘Antiekhoeve’ from Uithuizen gives the answer.
