Folkert Hans – Cha Cha Cha (from Friesland)
Born in a musical family, grown up with music from Phil Collins and started playing the trompet at a very young age. Folkert Hans has had a passion for music his whole life.As a solo artist he performs his own songs all over the country. He evolved his qualities at Bicycle Showband Crescendo, Mealox, Lays and The Tailgators.
Zipp – Ik Geloof In Jou En Mij (from Groningen)
Zipp is a new Frisian band, formed around singer Sipke de Boer. He played as a guitar player in multiple bands but most of all he was a singer. Sipke is very versatile. Not only does he compose for Zipp but he also writes music for other artists and theater productions. Zipp is an energetic band, which consists of experienced musicians. When they play live they play self written Nederpop.
Anthony's Putsch – King Of The World (from Groningen)
In may 2012 Theun Supheert debuted as a singer and songwriter with Anthony's Putsch. Anthony's Putsch is a personal revolution on a small square. Theun, who's been active as a drummer for years, traded his drums for the microphone in this formation. He brings both his sisters and with that a small familiair revolution for his family, who kept their musical skills a secret thus far.
Rappende Meiden – Finish Line (from Drenthe)
What started with a message on YouTube ended in a succesfull collaboration. Gwendolynn Koopman from Meppel and Carlijn Mol from Utrecht has managed to capture many hearts with their songs in a short period of time. After their first song 'Rappende Meiden' they were sure, this collaboration is not going to end for a while!
Edgar Smit – Boeket (from Drenthe)
Folkmusic with an Irish touch, that's how troubadour Edgar Smit his discography is best described if you ask his fans. Smit has a large repertoire, from smartlappen and rock 'n roll to old songs and top 40 music. After a short quarter of a century of living on Terschelling the troubadour has been showing his skills from Emmen for the past nine years.
