    This week in SoundCHECK! Douwe Kool visits nederpopband Zipp. They presented their new CD on October 23rd. Also this week, special video clips and we're curious to find out the 'golden oldie' of this week.

    It's going to be an exciting day for the band Zipp. They have been busy producing their new album 'Zoveel Liefde' for the last few months. Zipp is an energetic band, which consists of experienced musicians. When they play live they play their own written Nederpop.

    The band Zipp is formed around singer Sipke de Boer. This artist began his artistic career in 1996. In the spring of 2014 the band came with their debut single 'Zomer' which was son followed by a second single 'Ik geloof in jou en mij '. All of this was produced by Nico Outhuijse (drummer of de Kast).

    In this episode of SoundCHECK! Douwe visits the band and follows them during their preparations for their CD presentation in the Bolwerk in Sneek. Besides that there are a few videoclips and we're asking people on the street what's their favorite 'Golden Oldie'.
