Esmée Pater is the founder of Jobsome, which she calls the "Zoover of the labor market." An online platform where employees can judge their employer. Company profile on the site with its own profile.
From food to hotels. User comments are shared more and more, so why would you do about your work and your boss? Esmée Pater coined the Jobsome website to do so.
"How nice it is when you share something about your employer and that it inspires others?" Said
Pater who had previously devised a similar platform for internships.
Jobsome, "according to Pater combination between Job and Awesome" is the online platform where employees rate their employer, and where companies present themselves as an employer.
Companies can differentiate themselves on the website, says Pater. They are also ranked by score and (anonymous) reviews of employees. "Red Bull and goohoo include popular."
About half of the reviews are anonymous - Jobsome is an option to piss off your boss secretly? "We select for quality," says Pater. "We have a job to be reliable."
Concurrent Glassdoor recently came to the Netherlands. "After announcing our doubled to 5,000 unique visitors per month," said Pater. "There are mainly multinational companies, we focus more on mkb."
