In this episode of Toneelmeesters Arno van der Heyden pays the Tamboer theatre in Hoogeveen a visit.
At the Tamboer Arno is welcomed by director Jan Werkhoven. Jan tells about the history of the theatre and that the building was the first masterpiece of the Amsterdams architect Onno Greider, one of the most important theatre architects of the Netherlands. During our visit to the Tamboer we run into artist Geert Oldenbeuving, there's a play going on where we sneak into and don't miss this weeks programmers tip and Arno's tip!
