Episode 28: Cultural court Andledon Den AndelFirst aired: Wednesday, 30 March 2016 at 17.32 hours
Today Toneelmeesters takes place in the north of Groningen again. Arno van der Heyden visits Cultural court Andledon in Den Andel.
The historical name of the village Den Andel, which means 'place at the saltmarsh-grass', was the inspiration for the name of cultural court Andledon. Since spring 2014 the court offers a unique cultural programme. In the yard, the 'storytelling hut', or in the theatre room people can attend poetry, musical and other cultural events. The courtyard borders on the forest and is the perfect place to enjoy poems and live music, especially during the warmer seasons. When Arno arrives, the band Marjoram is playing an acoustic concert. In addition Arno chats with owners Johanna Davids and Erik Gritter.
