Episode 34: Kielzog Hoogezand
Wednesday, 11 May 2016 at 17.32 hours
Earlier this season Toneelmeesters visited the newly opened Kielzog. This week we take a look how the theatre fares.
In January the new building was opened at Gorecht-Oost in Hoogezand. Meanwhile, the first shows have been held and recently the new seasonal brochure of the theatre and arts centre has been presented. Arno van der Heyden pays a visit to Kielzog again, to check how the theatre's doing. That day, the staff is busy preparing Herman van Veen's performance in the evening. Arno speaks with director Yolanda Mergler and marketing coordinator Moniek Baars, chats with head technician Arnold Groen and finally sits down at the Grand café of the theatre.
