    Soccer: Cup Final North: vv Staphorst - Flevo Boys
    This weekend in Staphorst the Cup final of district North was played between vv Staphorst and Flevo Boys from Emmeloord. Staphorst took care of ONS Sneek in the semifinal. Flevo Boys was too strong for VV Groningen. Last year Staphorst played the final as well, but lost against Harkemase Boys. This year the team of Jan van Raalte wants to win the district Cup for the first time in history. Flevo Boys won the Cup of district East back in 1991.

    Soccer: Be Quick 1887 – DHV
    Be Quick 1887 from Haren plays promotion/relegation matches to get promoted to the Third Division. Yesterday its opponent was DHC from Delft.

    Voetbal: HZVV - Zwaluwen ‘30
    HZVV didn’t manage to hold onto their position in the regular competition. Through playoffs the team from Hoogeveen needs to secure themselves of the Hoofdklasse next season. HZVV starts the playoffs with a match at home against Zwaluwen '30 from Hoorn.

    Basketball: Zwolle – Donar
    Three years in a row, Donar is playing the finals to become national champion. In the semifinal the men from Groningen won against Leiden. In the big final, Zwolle is the opponent. Last Tuesday Donar won the first match impressively, on Thursday Groningen won as well. Zwolle needs to fight hard to catch up.
