First aired: Thursday, 26 May 2016 at 17.32 hours

In the final episode of Weg van de Wereld Marica van der Meer travels from Jakarta to Australia.

In Jakarta, the old harbor leaves a big impression. Her friend Minke has come over and together they travel along the rice fields. Every afternoon they're being bothered by the rainy season. In Bali Marica experiences an essential difference in cultures, as Java is Islamic and Bali is Hindu. From Denpasar (Bali) she takes a plane to Darwin, Australia. Australia doesn't appear to be a cycling country either. Near the town of Bundaberg, Marica has reached 25,000 km. She continues her trip and travels to Sydney by ferry. A few days before her expected arrival in Adelaide, a heavy storm hits the land. Will Marica reach the finish on time? In other words, can Marica make it to her friend's birthday?
