Anne-Lie Persson – The beat of the drum (from Groningen)

From 2000 to mid 2003, she plays in several major shows in the Benelux and Germany from the events office: "Planet Event". These shows (which she sometimes plays three times a week) combine all the qualities of Anne-Lie. Of course lots of singing, dancing and acting but also demand a lot from her expertise. After this period, Anne-Lie collapsed on several projects and is increasingly growing in singing lessons.

The Dutch/Finnish indie folk band Town of Saints is based in Groningen, the Netherlands, but isn’t at home very often. The Saints started out as street-musicians when the couple Harmen Ridderbos (vocals/guitar) and Heta Salkolahti (violin/vocals) met each other in Austria, and evolved into the modern indiefolk-band later on when other musicians joined the collective.
