Toneelmeesters | Episode 12 | De Voorveghter Hardenberg

    Episode 12: De Voorveghter Hardenberg

First aired: Wednesday, 2 December 2015 at 17.32 hours

In Toneelmeesters we take a look behind the scenes in large well-known theaters but also in smaller unknown venues. This week we are guests in De Voorveghter in Hardenberg, a theatre that grew a lot in the last few years.

Theatre De Voorveghter was brought into existance in 1989 from a small venue where small cultural activities had been taking place for years. Throughout the years the capacity has grown a lot. Director Jan Maarten Veurink takes us with him through the different foyers in the theatre and explains why the roof has a different colour every day. During our visit NNT is preparing the stage because they're playing the show 'Sneeuwwitje' that evening. We speak with the stars from the show, Tamar van den Dop and Charlie Dagelet, they're portraying the parts of Snow White and the evil stepmom. And, as every week, a tip from the programmer and from Arno that you cannot miss!
