Bert Zwier – We gaan los (from Groningen)
Bert Zwier is known for singing as a fishmonger of Groningen. For generations, the fish is stalled at the Vismarkt. Bert Zwier likes to sing the Dutch songs with a passion for the real "kibbelingsound".
Jannes – Al mijn liefde zal ik geven (from Drenthe)
He is known as “King of the Pirates”. Thirteen CD's in fourteen years time prove Jannes hasn't been quiet throughout his musical career. Even though he applied different kind of styles in his songs, the unmistakeable 'Jannes sound' has always been present. Ranging from happy sing-a-longs to emotional ballads. Jannes sold over 500.000 CD's and won several prices, however he still remains a 'down-to-earth' man from Drenthe.
René and Erikah Karst – Naar jou (from Drenthe)
In addition to his own career René works as a co-producer, also participated in the music of sister and singer Erikah Karst, which has also earned her footsteps in the Dutch music industry. René and Erikah have together released this single country.
Evert Wolters – Hey Hey Helena! (from Drenthe)
At first, Evert Wolters didn't get any further than a solo in the goodbye musical of his elementary school. When he got into high school, his interest for music started to grow. On the age of 15 he discovered he could actually sing really well, upon which he decided to work on that. Ever since, his goal is to let the audience hear his Dutch torch songs. He releases original songs and tries to perform as many times as possible, to broaden his musical career.
